Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds can be processed under the following

Circumstances before the doctor review:

• Underage Users: If an underage user under the age of 18 applies for a certificate without the knowledge of legal guardians and informs us before the doctor review.
• Unavailable Medical History: If the user could not provide the requested medical history/documents and informs us before the doctor review.
• Invalid Complaints: If complaints are proven to be invalid by our health team before the doctor review.
• Multiple Requests: If the user requests certificates over five times without treatment for their disease and informs us before the doctor review.
• Inappropriate Use: If the reason for the certificate is medico-legal cases, unethical purposes, insurance, government employee duty regularization, will purposes, etc., and the user informs us before the doctor review.
• No Doctor Contact: If the doctor does not contact the user within 48 working hours.
• Incorrect Service Request: If the user makes a wrong service requested by us.

Note: In any refund case, a convenience fee is connected to the total amount and the company reserves the right to change it at its own discretion before it is refunded to the customer.

Refundable Cases

Refunds : Approved refunds will be credited on your account within 7-14 working days.

The refund is allowed under the

Following conditions:

• The doctor review has been done.
• The user refuses to attend a doctor review when requested by the medical team.
• The user misses three attempts for a doctor review.
• A certificate has already been issued.
• The user requests a certificate for unethical or illegal purposes after the doctor review.
• There is a difference between the user’s medical condition and the details given during the review.
• The user fails in providing the supporting documents requested during the doctor review.
• The user cancels after finishing the doctor review.
• The user does not reply to a call or email from the support team for more than seven days.
• For Form 1A cases: No refunds after the ear and eye test are conducted, or if the user misses more than three sessions.

Refund Charges

• Indian Medical Certificates: No refunds for non-refundable cases. A convenience fee will be deducted from the refundable cases before the doctor’s review. If a customer requests a refund after the doctor review, the convenience fee (as specified in the table) and the doctor’s review charge of ₹400 will be deducted. No refund is made if the doctor processes the case and the customer changes their mind.
• International Medical Certificates: A convenience fee will be deducted as per the base price and currency chosen. If the doctor denies the case after the review, the user will be refunded, minus the convenience fee and the doctor’s review fee of $10/€10 (or equivalent in INR). No refund if the customer changes their mind after the doctor processes the case.
• Form 1A Certificates: A convenience fee of ₹250 is applicable for all refundable document formats. No refunds after ear and eye tests have been conducted.
• International Cases: If the user is located outside India or the certificate is intended for use outside India, it is considered an international case. Doctors will contact the user only if they need more details.
• Indian Cases: The patient must attend the doctor review unless they are underage (where the parent must attend). For patients unable to attend due to health issues, a 30-second video displaying the patient’s health condition is required along with supporting documents.
• Database Policy: All case data is retained for a maximum of 15 days. If the case remains unresolved for 7 days, it will be closed without a refund. Missing details will result in the closure of the case without issuing the document or the refund.
